11月16日下午，2021-2022学年第1期（总第117期）“善水大讲坛”之“环球视野”系列讲座在佛山校区学术报告厅举行，校长于海峰主持讲座。广东公共外交协会常务副会长、广东省人民政府外事办公室原主任、广东国际战略研究院副院长、广东外语外贸大学非洲研究院院长傅朗教授主讲，题为《国际关系中的危机管理》。

傅朗通过亲身经历的十大外交案例，展示了一个出色外交官的大格局，以及优秀的控场能力、过人的胆识。傅朗在谈到工作体会时，指出要勇于面对困难，注重细节、透过现象看本质。他提醒同学们平时努力用功，要注重通过提升实力增强信心，鼓励同学们学会谋篇布局，培养国际视野、创新思维、执行能力与亲和力。
互动环节中，傅朗就同学们提出的问题一一耐心解答，鼓励同学们要脚踏实地，先要学好专业知识，打好基础，再扩大自己的知识面；在处理问题时要讲原则，也要讲方法，要学会沟通，通过沟通来赢得别人的理解和接受；不要只关注自已的利益而忽略对方的需求，要学会寻求共识与合作。

于海峰在总结时说，傅朗教授处理国际危机的经验丰富，不仅处理外交事件充满了智慧，讲座中也很有智慧，有技巧，有方法，让我们感受外交上千钧一发的惊心动魄，所展现出的应变能力、国际视野、创新思维等，对我们学校在人才培养过程中，非常有启发。
本次讲座由科研处、国际交流与合作处、国际商学院共同主办。广东外语外贸大学非洲研究院执行院长刘继森、广东外语外贸大学专职研究员计飞，我校国际商学院、国际交流与合作处负责人，100余位师生到场聆听。
On November 16, this year’s first one of ‘Shanshui Forum’ Lecture Series under the theme of ‘Global Vision’ was held at Guangdong University of Finance & Economics (GDUFE).
Fu Lang, Executive Vice President of Guangdong Public Diplomacy Association, and Dean of Institute for African Studies, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) delivered a lecture on Tuesday at the Foshan Campus of GDUFE. He shared his personal experience as well as unique insights into crisis management in international relations.
Fu Lang, also former Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, demonstrated how an excellent diplomat would think and behave with ten cases selected from his personal experiences.
Fu encouraged students to expand both depth and extent of their knowledge by learning step by step. When faced with tough problems, it’s advised to adhere to principles while trying to find flexible methods. Furthermore, remember to seek consensus and cooperation by keeping focused on the overall interests.
Yu Haifeng, President of GDUFE, concluded that Fu was experienced in theory and practice. The wisdom, skills and methods reflected in the lecture shed great light on talent cultivation in the university.
